Jelly Roll Astonishes Fans by Revealing His Frequent Attendance at Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous for His New Album Beautifully Broken.

Jelly Roll announced the completion of his tenth studio album on Friday.

The Son Of A Sinner star, 39 — who recently hit the red carpet with his children — took to his Instagram Story to share that his forthcoming record, Beautifully Broken, will be released on October 11.

He shared an image of the cover art which boasts a skull rocking a gold crown over a marble background.

His record will include hits such as I Am Not Okay and Liar as well as his latest single, Get By which is slated to be the 2024 College Football Season anthem, per ESPN.

The CMT Music Award winner said that all net profits from each pre-order from his U.S. web store will be donated to charities that aid those struggling with mental health issues and addiction.

This comes as no surprise since the hitmaker himself struggled with addiction in the past.

His announcement comes days after Jelly Roll opened up to The New York Times about releasing songs that have ‘purpose’ and can impact listeners positively.

‘I’m looking for songs that have a purpose. When I go to put out a song under the name Jelly Roll, I think to myself, Why?’ he explained.

He added: ‘Because for the first time in my life, it has nothing to do with a financial decision. I’m well past putting out anything for money. So, now, it really is a why.’

The Nashville native then said his song Winning Streak, which in on his upcoming album, was written ‘from the perspective of a story I’ve seen happen for real.’

He then got candid about his struggle with alcohol and drugs, admitting that he regularly attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and stays away from harder drugs.

‘Something I do to maintenance my relationship with those drugs is I still attend the meetings but I never share,’ the Wild Ones singer said. ‘I just quietly sit and appreciate the message and the meaning.’

He continued: ‘This is the first time that I’ve talked about this publicly. I don’t tell people I go to meetings. So I just sit and I watch, and this kid, he’s going through it. You can tell.

‘One of the old men sitting in there was like: “Look, man. It’s all good. Nobody came in here on a winning streak,”‘ he finished.

Jelly Roll will be touring his latest record in 37 American cities starting Tuesday, August 27 at Delta Center in Salt Lake City and wrapping on Sunday October 27 at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay are slated to open for the country star.
