Katie Price Misses Yet Another Court Hearing, Fans Furious and Demand Harsher Measures Against the ‘Queen of Boobs.’

The reality star also pays 40 per cent of her monthly OnlyFans income to wipe her debts

KATIE Price has missed yet another court date leaving the judge “concerned” as she faces having to pay back almost £40,000 she made on TikTok.

The ex-glamour girl is battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill after being declared bankrupt for a second time in March.

At a hearing this morning it emerged that Price made almost £95,000 on TikTok between March and May this year.

Barrister Darragh Connell requested an order be made where Price’s income from TikTok is suspended.

He is also seeking that the reality star be required to pay trustees 40 per cent of the earnings from videos.

The suspension was granted by Judge Catherine Burton, who remarked she was “concerned” after Price failed to attend.

She ordered that Price’s income from the social media app is halted while investigations into the amount continue.

Judge Burton said: “The 3rd Respondent does not appear to be in attendance at today’s hearing.

“However, the proposed draft order provides that she may apply to court to vary or set aside this order within seven days of service upon her.

“I have been content on the evidence previously seen that it is appropriate for the court to divert a percentage of Ms Price’s income from payments to her trustees in bankruptcy, I consider that this is an appropriate order for the court to make.”

The hearing was adjourned, with Price next set to appear at the High Court’s Rolls Building on August 27 for a “public examination”.

Katie, 46, already landed in trouble after skipping a previous hearing on July 30 and instead jetted to Turkey for surgery.

As she arrived back at Heathrow Airport she was detained by cops carrying out an arrest warrant.

After she was issued another court date, Judge Schaffer told her: “You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to attend that date.”

The judge then warned Katie that she faces being nicked again if she fails to comply.

She confirmed that she understood that she must attend and later added: “I will move my diary for it.”

Judge Schaffer also discharged the arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by a different judge after she failed to attend a previous hearing.

During the hearing, Katie was also blasted by the judge over claims she had been charged £50,000 to receive legal advice.

She had said she wanted to attend the next hearing remotely, saying: “I find it difficult in court. I have been assessed by another high court.”

Judge Schaffer told her she must make an application to do so, and that she should seek legal advice.

Price responded: “Now with the legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I’ve been charged £50,000 up front.

“Now being in a bankruptcy at the moment, the bankruptcy is taking 40 per cent.

“I’m finding it difficult to do that. I can’t get even legal aid because I earn.”

The judge told her she simply needed a solicitor which should cost no more than £500.

He then snapped: “This is a discreet application. It doesn’t take Einstein to do it.”

Judge Catherine Burton previously said Price had failed to make the payments ordered by the court.

She was ordered to pay a one-off payment of £25,000 followed by monthly instalments of £12,500.

Judge Burton said: “They have not received any funds or explanation. She agreed to pay it and did not.

“She remains immediately obliged to pay £25,000.”
